一、 Pre testing of ABS material
1. Raw material entry inspection
Composition analysis: X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF) is used to detect the purity of raw materials, ensuring the golden ratio of acrylonitrile (18% -22%), butadiene (6% -10%), and styrene (68% -76%) in ABS resin.
Mechanical verification:
Tensile strength ≥ 45MPa (ASTM D638 standard)
Notch impact strength ≥ 20kJ/m ² (tested at -20 ℃ low temperature)
2. Weather resistance simulation experiment
UV aging chamber test: Under 60 ℃ ultraviolet irradiation (UVA-340 lamp) for 2000 hours, the yellowing index Δ E ≤ 2 (far higher than the industry standard of 1000 hours).
High and low temperature cycle: Freeze at -30 ℃ for 4 hours → Bake at 80 ℃ for 4 hours, and there are no cracks or warping after 50 cycles.
二. Core processes and process testing
1. Injection molding of blades
Mold accuracy control: Use Mitsubishi five axis machining center in Japan to make blade molds with a cavity tolerance of ± 0.02mm to ensure aerodynamic consistency of the blades.
Online monitoring:
Real time monitoring of melt temperature (235 ± 5 ℃) and holding pressure (85MPa) by injection molding machine
Perform three-dimensional measurement (CMM) on the first piece of each mold, with an airfoil section error of ≤ 0.15mm
2. Dynamic balance calibration system
Laser dynamic balancing machine: tested at 1200RPM, the unbalance of a single blade is ≤ 0.5g · cm, and the overall vibration value of the machine is < 1.5mm/s (ISO 1940 G6.3 standard).
Practical simulation: Running continuously for 72 hours in a non horizontal lifting state tilted at 15 °, the temperature change of the bearing is ≤ 3 ℃.
三、 Finished product limit testing (factory internal laboratory data)
1. Structural strength testing
Static load test: Suspend the suspension rod at 3 times the weight of the entire machine (24kg) for 24 hours, with a deformation of less than 0.3mm.
Fatigue test:
Motor start stop cycle 100000 times (GB/T 13539 standard)
The blade operates continuously at high speed (350RPM) for 5000 hours, with an amplitude deviation of less than 5%
2. Environmental adaptability testing
Double 85 test: Store in an environment with a temperature of 85 ℃ and a humidity of 85% RH for 1000 hours, with an insulation resistance greater than 100M Ω.
Salt spray corrosion: 5% NaCl solution spray (GB/T 10125 standard), no red rust on metal parts for 72 hours.
3. Security performance verification
Leakage current detection: 1500V withstand voltage test for 1 minute, leakage current<0.25mA (IEC 60335 standard).
Abnormal protection: Simulate motor stalling for 30 minutes, with a temperature control protector action error of ± 2 ℃.
